Eligibility
All digital products purchased through Plugma Store are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. This applies to both aggregated open-source products and creator-listed products.
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- The product must have been purchased through your Plugma Store account.
- Each product may only be refunded once per account.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Plugma Store account and navigate to your purchase history.
- Select the product you wish to return and click "Request Refund."
- Provide a brief reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated).
- Alternatively, email us at support@plugma.store with your order number.
Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within 1-2 business days. Once approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method (via Stripe) within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exceptions
In rare cases, a refund may be declined:
- The request is made more than 30 days after purchase.
- There is evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds of the same product.
- The product files have been redistributed or resold.
