Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Plugma Store ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Plugma Store is a digital marketplace for AI products including automations, skills, MCP servers, prompts, guides, video courses, and other digital goods. Products are provided by Plugma Store (aggregated content) and by third-party creators.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Purchases and Payments

  • All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment.
  • You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased products.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Creator Terms

  • Creators retain ownership of their products.
  • By listing a product, you grant Plugma Store a license to distribute it.
  • Commission rates: 15% (standard), 12% (verified), 10% (high-volume).
  • Founding Creators receive 0% commission for the first 3 months.
  • Payouts are processed monthly via Stripe Connect.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not list products that: contain malware or malicious code, infringe on intellectual property rights, contain illegal content, or mislead buyers about functionality.

8. Intellectual Property

Aggregated open-source products retain their original licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, CC0, etc.). Creator products are licensed as specified by the creator. The Plugma Store brand, design, and platform code are owned by Plugma Store.

9. Limitation of Liability

Plugma Store provides products "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of products purchased through our marketplace. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
